What is the delivery time for orders ?

Orders are dispatched by Correos (National Mail) and always certified letter. This option provides a package tracking code , so we and the customers know at all times where the package is.

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for Spain, 5 to 10 Europe and 10 to 15 for the rest of the world after receiving the package at the post office . All products we sell on the Web are in stock , so the same day as the purchase is made, we prepare it and take it to post a post office.

If you need an urgent service within 24 hours , please contact us on info@tromposdelmundo.es  and we will send you a shipping quote by a transit agency. We will ensure you have your package when you need it.

What payment methods are available?

We have various payment methods available on the Web with the intention of facilitating at all times the customer buying process .

- Payment by Credit Card . Through Redsys . (Available soon)

- Bank wire . There are two accounts that can perform transfers (La Caixa and Bankia )

- Pay Pal ( which also allows payment via credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard , Visa Electron and / or other similar cards ) .

- Cash on delivery  (at an additional cost of 3% of the total amount of purchase and with a minimum of 3 €). This option is available only on items for which the destination is Spain.

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes ! In fact we have already sent shipments to the United States, Germany , Italy and several other countries. If you are interested in any of our products and you are outside Spain , contact us on info@tromposdelmundo.es  and we will send you a quotation for that particular shipment.

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, we accept returns as long as the product is not used or damaged. Returns must be made within 5 calendar days from receipt of the package.

If the return corresponds to a product defect or a mistake on our part, shipping costs shall be borne by www.tromposdelmundo.es . Otherwise , the client will pay the shipping .

The return of the products will result in a reimbursement, equal to the cost of returned products minus the cost of return service and will be made by the same payment system.

Can customize gift packs ?

Of course you can! We are at your disposal to make gift packs with any top you want. We will send you a free quote for the pack you choose and we can personalize it by adding a message inside if gift.
