PAYMENT
The client undertakes to pay at the time of placing the order or upon receipt of the product if cash on delivery is chosen as the payment method.

DELIVERY TIMES, LOCATION AND LOSSES
I. Product Delivery
www.tromposdelmundo.es undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

www.tromposdelmundo.es ships products internationally, with the cash-on-delivery option only available domestically. To optimize delivery, we kindly ask the customer to provide an address where the order can be delivered during regular business hours.

www.tromposdelmundo.es will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

II. Delivery Time
Shipments will be made through a courier company and postal service. The usual delivery time for www.tromposdelmundo.es usually ranges between 24 and 48 hours after order preparation, this being the delivery time for peninsular territory. For international shipments, it will depend on the characteristics of the order and the destination country.
These deadlines are estimates. Therefore, they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure such as adverse weather conditions. In cases of delivery delays, www.tromposdelmundo.es will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
In the event of delays in order delivery attributable to www.tromposdelmundo.es, the customer may cancel their order by sending an email to info@tromposdelmundo.es communicating this wish. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered due to a cause attributable to the customer.

III. Delivery Data, Undelivered Shipments, and Loss

If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks.

IV. Due Diligence in Delivery
The customer must check the good condition of the package in the presence of the carrier who, on behalf of www.tromposdelmundo.es, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly they may detect in the packaging. If, after reviewing the product, the customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened, or any damage caused by shipping, they undertake to notify www.tromposdelmundo.es via email as soon as possible, preferably within the following 24 hours and at most within 5 calendar days from delivery.

RETURNS
I. Return Procedure
All products purchased on www.tromposdelmundo.es may be returned and refunded, provided that the customer communicates their intention to return the purchased products to info@tromposdelmundo.es, within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the other conditions established in this section are met.
www.tromposdelmundo.es will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
2. The shipment must be made using the same bag and box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the bag or box with which it was delivered, the customer must return it properly packaged so that the product arrives at the www.tromposdelmundo.es warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, also indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
If the reason for the return is attributable to www.tromposdelmundo.es (the product is defective, it is not what you ordered, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise (the products were delivered correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
1. Inform within 5 calendar days of receipt that the product is to be returned. Information can be provided via email to info@tromposdelmundo.es or through the customer service form.
2. www.tromposdelmundo.es will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent.
3. The customer must send it using a courier company of their choice. The return shipping must be paid by the customer.
4. Inform of the courier company used, date, and time of the return.

II. Refunds to the CLIENT
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect will www.tromposdelmundo.es also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs.
Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
www.tromposdelmundo.es will process the return order using the same system used for payment within 3 days of confirmation of the returned order's arrival at the warehouse. The application of the refund to the customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
